Hey Brett and fellow forum members,

I don't know if I asked this already, and it isn't exaclty a very manly topic but...........

Any tips on shaping the nails to get a good sound using hybrid picking? Embarassed

now back to talking about football Confused

Hi Chris,

I keep them in a kind of half-length as I use hybrid and tapping. Too short and the hybrid won't work that well, too long and tapping will be almost impossible.

As for shape...no speacial tricks there.
oh, maybe one, and now we're getting really manly Wink, I use stone or glass files as the grain is finer. The nail's edge gets smoother and they don't break that easy.
