Anyone who is a Jimi Hendrix fan on here should check out this web site called Rock Prophecy. Here is the link for the web site:
http://www.rockprophecy.com
[u]
It is run by a guy who used to write articles for the Jimi Hendrix estate. His name is Michael Fairhcild. He wrote liner notes for Jimi's CD releases until 1995.
Please check the web site out. Thanks. _________________ Robert L. Watson |

Thanks much indeed Robert for this link!
I knew Michael Fairchild name from the liner notes from the Alan Douglas era CDs.
It's very interesting to read all that informations on his website.
For example I found it very interesting to read those lost Miami Pop Fest footage, and lost ABC studio recording footages:

Sure this guy has very great and big knowledge of Jimi. It's strange to read what he writes about Paul Allen (Microsoft founder, billionaire), and that how Allen "killed" his career. But even more strange to read the things about what he write about asteriods prediction and how that is related with Jimi Hendrix.... Hmmm that's really weird. |

I am very glad that Michael Fairchild is putting his awareness about it on his web site because he's letting it be known that he was working for the Jimi Hendrix estate before the settlement came out in 1995. Al and Janie were using Paul Allen's money. _________________ Robert L. Watson |

He writes well and I enjoyed some of articles.
But frankly the Rock Prophecy things just sounds like Hendrix's stoned ramblings..and the Da Vinci code-the guy is really making 2+ 2 =5.
Its a fictional book, and ok the author researched some obscure religious sects etc to make it interesting-but its just a good yarn and nothing whatsever to do with Hendrix's lyrics its pure coincidence.
I think it sounds like fairchild was around in the 60's and can I politely say had one 2 many funny smarties.
But apart from that an interesting site.. |

I am glad that Michael Fairchild was making the public aware that he was the next person in line to run the Jimi Hendrix estate. That's all. _________________ Robert L. Watson |
