Hi Kirk,

I don't know a lot about the jam band scene, but I download kimock shows from http://www.archive.org/audio/. Sorry, I'm not sure how to attach this as a link.

You can also get old zero and KVHW shows. Kimock recenlty stopped allowing people to record from the stage so the most recent show are not as good as the older shows. lots of crowd noise. But the older shows are great. I've been exploring some of the other band but have not found any I like as much a kimock.

if you look around archive.org, you can find some Derek Trucks Band shows that Jimmy plays on... plus there are some ARU shows. And TONS of Kimock.

If you're not familiar with SHN and/or FLAC, let me know and I'll try to help you out.

The web based digital age has made sharing much more user friendly. And you have access to so much good music.
Not sure what bands you like, but a great place to start is the archive.org. Use the address listed above. One you get to the Live section, there are about 150 bands there. Of course the Grateful Dead is the headline. But many others like Ratdog, NRPS,RRE, moe. Dave Nelson, Some I am not reel familiar with at. all. But a lot of good stuff is there. There are other sites etree.org and all the etree sites. Sharing the GRoove is another good one. Just gotta noodle around for tunes, and make sure you have the software to covert the files. Its easy to get that access as well.

my email is www.johnnyg@comcast.net if you want to dig a little deeper. We can get into specifications etc. Its all good.

Enjoy. Loose yourself in the music.

OK, I did this once and lost it,. so I'll make this short.

Some great Bittorrent sites to d/l all types of music from are

http://bt.etree.org

http://digitalpanic.org

You will have to d/l the free official bittorent software for the home page at

http://bittorrent.com

If you have never used bittorrent before, and you have questions, please email me at jaystraw11@yahoo.com and I'll guide you through it.

Its real easy if you are good with computers.

My current trading list is at:
