no kidding, we have tried priceline a few time and haven't gotten anything yet. i have found rooms close to RCMH for $200 a night. i have no issues finding a place i lil further away either. who knows i'm gonna keep working on priceline cuz we had a great deal for the chi town shows.

anyhoo do you know why, when i try and post i get kicked back to the fourm index? i have deleted my cookies and everything. this happens on the kimock board here but not on any other forum on the net? thanx

hmmm..that is strange. It should offer you the choice between looking at your thread or going to the main page.

no clue...very odd!

That's always happened to me here on this board, using either I.E. 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox. I think the problem is that, despite checking the box to do so, it won't ever automatically log me in each time I visit. So when I try posting something it forces me to log in, and then after logging in it kicks me back to the Forum Index. Then I have to navigate all the way back to the thread where I originally wanted to post. A bit aggravating at times (such as this time), but one way around it is to log in each time you visit the site before you start perusing the threads. Sort of a pain, especially since checking the box is supposed to do that for you everytime you visit.

yup, that's it!!

I just found rooms at the Hoilday Inn Express in Queens for as low as $139 a night during that time. Looks like a train definately could get you there...
