There are so many shows of Jimmy with Aquarium Rescue Unit and Derek Trucks and Phil Lesh at http://www.archive.org/audio/. Some are better than others regarding Jimmy's performance, as well as audio quality. Sometimes I'm in the mood to hear a great show by Jimmy, something I haven't heard before.

Please use this topic to list a show you think stands out for some reason. Even if it's just one song in the performance. This would be helpful for someone who wants to hear or compile a "best of".

Aquarium Rescue Unit, October 27th, 1994
River Valley Music Cafe - Lawrence, KS

Jimmy as well as the band are on fire throughout the show. There are several tunes where Jimmy's solos and rhythms are outstanding/ripping. The guitar is well into the mix. The overall audio quality is just ok, but worth it for hearing the performance.

I can think of many but one that stands out for me is KVHW 4/30/99. This is Steve Kimock's old band. Jazz is Dead opened for them that night. Ray White was a no-show, so Jimmy filled in. An excellent show I highly recommend Exclamation

I have to agree with pixielf. I listen to the kimock/herring show quite often.

I'll try and dig up some dates from my favorite phil and friends shows.
