So according to Jimmy's responses to the questions we asked, he used a tubescreamer and a strat with Jazz is Dead. I don't see how he gets such a high gain sound from a tubescreamer and a strat. Any thoughts? Does he use 2?

I was wondering the same thing. He has this buzz-saw gain that cuts through without all the extra dirty fuzz hanging around??? I've seen that he uses hughes and kettner pedals lately. I've actually been using those for awhile now and they are amazing!!!! I use two of them for different levels of gain, But jimmy still has this clarity and burn to his tone that I just can't match??? Maybe he'll give us some insight to what he does to achive that???
very interesting. I must have missed the part about the fender guitar. I had assumed he was using one of the p-90 equiped PRS guitars for the jazz is dead stuff.
