I remember reading in "Caught in the Crossfire" something about him buying a pack of "Kools". That might be it.

Sorry for being almost a month late, but I am interested in pics of the guitar/finish. What finish was it originally? Bone nut, or plastic on the neck?

the thing to remember about stevie is that he never played a song the same way twice. Often live he experimented alot with different sounds.
