Question Jeez...looks like they really took a torch to it...save yer money and find a Nash or Greenwich village IMHO.

I hope you didn't buy that... it is a very cheap imitation relic. The body has a polyeurathane finish so it won't look realistic or old at all...just like it was slaughtered. The people who were making it clearly just wanted to make a buck and had no real idea what they were doing.

No I didnt buy it, it had a NITRO finish , I have seen guitars that had better relicing jobs though...

It was based off of one of the Japan 62 Reissue so it would have been a good guitar, I might have bought it if they didnt mutate it like that...

No man, that guitar may have had a few layers of nitro laquer over the top of it like they said, but the actual finish is poly. I have done enough relic jobs to tell the difference and that is DEFINATELY not nitro...either that or these guys are just absolutely AWFUL at relicing and they managed to make it look like poly. lol
