|
|
I accquired a 64 bassman head and a vibratone cab from a man from Austin, TX in 2002. After I got it from him, he said he had not advertised it as such since he had no proof, but it was one of srv's vibratones. I since emailed a couple of vibratone experts who both concurred by mods, etc. that this was likely. Basically, I need pics of any and all his leslies I can find. It has a sort of mesa diamond grille, a purple pilot light on the side, slight burn damage to the foam that spins, and a modded cusom footswitch with a stop and speed.Any help by anyone is greatly appreciated. |

OK i will put up some pictures i have, they may help, but hard to get big pictures of his amps,or i dont know where they are?.
This was off this group,by txbluesinva i think it is in a thread somehwere,i forget now?.
A picture from a magazine i had off all his amps.
One i got off the john mayer official website.
These last ones of sites i forget, may help?,there are others but the amp is covered by srv realy if it is that amp.Like that black amp is the fender vibratone im shure, and its either the same one or he has had many different ones too over the years, like if not jimmie must have this one i would think and all of them and his guitars etc...?. _________________ Christopher X |
