No matter what the price, I would hang on to that. Those are getting rarer and rarer. But, if you must, tell that guy to shove it. Craig Hopkins has several on sale at his site, and he says the cheapest is 450 bucks. Go to stevieray.com and look under Collectibles, and you'll find something about guitar picks. Just look at the different picks and find which one is the one you have. It'll have the price under it.

What does the pick look like, you got a picture of it?
I have a few SRV guitar picks and depending on which one it is, $400 to $600 easy. There's a crap load of fake picks out there, with guys trying to sell them all the time. |

Yeah, after looking at the condition of the pick, 250 sounds about right.
