Hello, long time SRV fan, long time lurker here, 1st time posting.

So, is bootleg CD/DVD trading allowed here? If so I'm looking for a few things.

1st: any dvd's.

2nd:
Stevie Ray Vaughn & Double Trouble
featuring Miss Lou Ann Barton
"In 1978 There Was..."
SRV's lost first album

1-You Can Have My Husband (Lou Ann vocal)
2-Rude Mood
3-Pride And Joy (Stevie vocal)
4-Oh, Yeah (Lou Ann vocal)
5-Love Struck Baby (Stevie vocal)
6-Ti-Ni-Nee-Ni-Nu ("Tina Nina Nu", Lou Ann vocal)
7-Gonna Miss Me ("Empty Arms", Stevie vocal)
8-I Wonder Why ("Will My Man Be Home Tonight?" > Lou Ann vocal, Stevie slide guitar)
9-I'm Crying ("I'm Crying", Stevie vocal)
10-Sugar Coated Loving ("Sugar Coated Love", Lou Ann vocal)
11-Natural Born Lover
12-Ti-Ni-Nee-Ni-Nu ("Tina Nina Nu")
13-Scratch My Back
14-I'll Change
15-Shake A Hand, Shake A Hand
16-Oh Baby
17-Sugar Coated Love
18-Love In Vain
19-You Can Have My Husband (starts off with "So Excited")
20-My Baby's Gone ("Oh Yeah")

Tracks 1-10: Studio Recordings
Recorded in Nashville, Tennessee at Jack Clemont's Belmont Studio, early 1978
Stevie Ray Vaughn: Vocals and Guitar
Jack Newhouse: Bass
Chris Layton: Drums
Lou Ann Barton: Vocals

Produced by: Joe Gracy

Tracks 11-17: Austin Blues Festival, 1979

Tracks 18-20: Piona's, October 1979

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a few SRV shows but a bunch of other bands on my list.

If nobody wants to trade is anyone willing to just burn me some stuff if I send them blanks and return postage?

I'm sorry my 1st post is a bit of a grovel. I'll be posting more and chimming in on the gear discussions.

Here you can find some Stevie bootlegs (and other artists). You will need a bittorrent client.

That bittorrent thing is all new to me. I'm not very computer savy. I was just hoping someone would want to trade shows and make it easy on me.

thanks for the info!

Hazmat,

I consider my self like a 7 (on a 10 scale) in computer savy-ness, and I can't even get the bit torrent thing to work! LOL.

Maybe someone here can help us out? I've had ZERO luck using anything torrent oriented.

Well... i'm gonna try to explain you, with my bad english...

First, you need a bittorrent client (Azureus, BitComet, etc.)
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
http://www.bitcomet.com/

Second, once you install the program, you need to find a web page that has what you want. Then you download the .torrent file, and open it with the bittorrent client, and the download begins. All you have to do is wait until it finish.

For example: If you want to download "In 1978 There Was...", you have to register in http://www.dimeadozen.org/index.php , then search for the show ( http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=53064 ), download the .torrent file, and open it with the bittorent client (Azureus, Bitcomet, etc.)

I hope you undestand what I wrote Confused

If you have any more questions, I'm gonna try to answer them Smile

BitComet is what I use for Torrent downloads and I find it to be the best (no matter what you Azureus people say). It's easy to use and all you have to do is click on a bitTorrent download on any website and when you click "open" it will automatically open BitComet and start downloading. Easy as pie.

Matt,
I just drop'd your CD off at the post office. It shouldn't take to long to get if your in Ohio. probably 3 or 4 days. It will sit at the post office today, travel tomorrow, and either get sort'd or sit at your post office the next day and get deliver'd that day or the next..... Keep those fingers crossed that you get it on Saturday. I figure it will be Sunday or Monday. Does your mail run on sunday?

Call me when you send mine out.
