Im pretty sure that is number one, his 62. I know that it had a white pickguard on it before the black one he used starting in the early 80's. Also you can see the srv initials on the body by the strap button. No clue when or where it was taken tho. Sorry

That picture was taking by a Ken Hoge sometime in April of 1978 and that's Number 1. I'm almost sure that's Antones Record Shop in the picture.
