Hi Scott.
I’ve read in one of your posts here that you are using the Holdsworth’s cascade of delays for your swells tone.
I’m trying to get somewhere in that ballpark using what I got. But I’m on the fence with that, when it comes to using it in a live situation with a mono rig.
I know that what makes the AH idea so special is a cascade of 8 stereo delays, each one set with a slightly different delay time and, as far as this latter goes up, a bit of modulation.
I’m pretty sure to have heard you using it during your live performances, and as far as I know you were using a mono rig, just like I do. I’m just wandering if you set the stereo delays as for the AH original an then use that patch in mono, or…?
Many thanks for your help!
Fabio

I used to have that sound, but now I'm using a wet amp for my FX and it's too small to make those volume swells sound good, so I got rid of the volume pedal - kinda miss it cause it's a nice effect.

If you go to the INDEX of this message board and look up delay, my SE-70 settings for both the mono and stereo delay are there - each delay tap length, modulation, etc.
