Hi Scott,

is this something you could imagine being part of, if invited by Eric Clapton? Allan Holdsworth and Kurt Rosenwinkel are also performing this year at the festival in NYC. It would be great to see you there as well.

I don't care who invites me, all I care about is how much it pays. I get invited to a lot of festivals in the US, and the offers are usually way too low. If I was single I'd be willing to do more US gigs, but I don't leave my 9 year old for anything less than great money. I'm doing a festival in Minneapolis in October, and probably the Iridium in NYC for three nights later this year - those gigs pay well. I'm not saying the one you mentioned doesn't, but they didn't invite me so I guess I'll never know. Smile
