I was a student at ITMC back in the 90's when you played Buenos Aires a few times with Pollo Raffo's Monos con navajas et al.
I wonder if you had the chance to hear Carlos Campos. a teacher of mine from back then, The guy also plays jazz with a strat and - to my ears at least - has his own sound.
