Hi there Scott , ive been a fan and listened to your jam tracks and learned allot by transcribing some of your licks and approach and such, i would love to play some of your songs of off "Freedom" , just wondering if you are selling your sheetmusic or would give them away haha or something, cause i would love to play some of them , take care .

Heavenly Father,

I lift up to you my brother Scott. If it is within your will, please help him to heal so that he can go on to prasie you and glorify you with his wonderful music that you gave him, Lord. If this is not to be, Father God, we know that you have great plans for him in other areas of ministry. Please comfort him and his family, especially his wife and son, and help to strengthen their faith in you. I also lift up those confused individuals who have been inspired by the enemy to come here and peddle those things of a sinful nature. Help them Lord God to understand that you are the Light and the Way; that they may come to know you and your love and will repent for their actions. I pray all of this in your name, Jesus Christ.

Scott,

I pray you are feeling better and all is well with your health. This prayer has been an encouragement to me in the valleys and I pray it will be a blessing to you as well:

"Yeshua, I come to you, for I labor and am heavy laden and overburdened, and You cause me to rest - You will ease and relieve and refresh my soul.

I take Your yoke upon me, and I learn from You; for Your yoke is easy, not harsh, sharp or pressing, and Your burden is light, comfortable, gracious and pleasant, and You are gently and humble in heart and I will find rest, relief, ease and refreshing and recreation and blessed quietness for my soul.

I cast my burden on You, L-rd, releasing the weight of it, and You will sustain me: I thank You that You will never allow me to be moved - made to slip, fail or fall.

In the name of Yeshua I withstand the adversary. I am firm in my faith against his onset, rooted, established, strong, immovable and determined. I cease from the weariness and pain of human labor, and am zealous and exert myself and strive diligently to enter into the rest of G-d, to know and experience it for myself.

Abba, I thank You for Your presence that goes with me always, and that You give me rest. I am still and rest in You, L-rd; I wait for You and patiently stay myself upon You. I will not fret myself, nor shall I let my heart be troubled, neither shall I let it be afraid. I hope in You G-d, and wait expectantly for You. You are the help of my countenance and the Lifter of my head. I will praise and exalt You O L-rd and magnify Your Name forevermore.

Psalm 42:11, James 4:67, Psalm 127:1, Matthew 11:28-30, Psalm 55:22, I Peter 5:9, Hebrews 4:10,11, Exodus 33:14, Psalm 37:7, John 14:27

Oftentimes David was cast down because of all the things that happened in his life and he encouraged himself at times.

Great tone, (and playing) on that improv of Vai...

Me...

34...about to be 35....always wanted to play guitar...and growing up I usually had some old beater acoustic, an electric with no amp, or a guitar and amp, but no drummer...or no bass...anyway...

Grew up listening to Malmsteen, Lynch, MacAlpine, ...

On day discovered that I could be my own composer on this PC thing that I bought for gaming...

Well, before I die...I want to write at least 2 masterpieces of music...

I've also studied, on my own, Romantic and 20th Century piano music, and use some of the licks I learned from sheet music on guitar...same with violin...

Right now...my gear situation is getting better...

Strat-->(Rocktron voodu online...though not using it yet because by itself...it's not quite there.)-->Hellbabe wah--.Pre-sonus Groove Tubed Pre-amp-->V-Amp Pro-->POS sound card.

Not really into shred, (shred is something that must have come around in between 1992 and about 2003...as back then Malmsteen, Rhoads, MacAlpine, V. Moore, Lynch....they were just Gods...virtuosos...

Today's shredders...great technicians....but only a few make any music...

The rest...and this is just my opinion..so = $0...sound like scae and arpeggio warm-ups/excercises.

Here are a coupla' samples of my tunes...

I tend to keep the chords and "bass" simple so I can let my odd harmonies...and leadwork come to the fore...

I do alot of Rubati...polyphony...and use scales not often used by most.

(Pervi Theta...Aeolian Flat 1...Phrygian...Scriabin, Prokofiev, Melodic Minor...lots of minor to diminished with chromatic passing tones...)

Music is art...and real artists must suffer...r at least write about it.

I don't sing. Voice cracks above a Low E....
