Scott,

Any word on this amp yet? I am really jonesing to give it a whirl. I am still looking for an amp that can get me a great clean, crunch, and lead all from the footswitch. The 20 watter with the mid boost footswitch might be perfect. However I am going to wait to here the TDS.

If I had to choose I would put more emphasis on getting a great crunch and lead sound. Which amp do you think will better fit my needs?

I am in the process of selling a 1928 gibson so I should have a new amp purchase on the horizon.

I am at work right now. If I wasn't stuck in a cube next to a nosey old lady I would give you a call but that isn't the case.

My questions aren't urgent since I don't have the cash yet but everything I hear about the TDS sounds great if that second channel can get a nice crunch. I really hope Andy make a 20 watt version. That would be killer.

Every other three channel tube amp out there is 50+ watts. Nothing for the guys playing the smaller clubs like me. Basically I hope it sounds just like the 20 watter I heard at your house with an added clean channel. It really would be my dream amp. I am sure I would have to find a new home for the Bad Cat.

Fwiw, you would freak for the 2 channel 30. You must come over and play it. The clean is on another planet from the 20 and the od is even better as well!!!

I can't wait to hear the new 30 watt SLX. Pretty cool to have your initials involved with the amp huh?
