After destructing yet another THD Vintage speaker, I loaded my THD cab with the original THD/Celestion Lead 80s. I made these few clips yesterday. I also have been expermenting with the 50 watt Fuchs and trying to get the right amount of bass smoosh texture in the notes.

Here are the clips.

All takes are the Baker RF on the Wolfetone Bridge pup

How on earth are you 'Destructing' your Vintages I wonder ?

Very warm smooth top end. Particuarly like Jam in G but that's just cause I'm a sucka for Jazz Blues. Nice one.

Hi Scott, without a doubt you are one of the most extraordinaire guitar player today...I am amazed with the way you are playing and drawing ideas. Get my salutes and respect my friend !. The bass testure with Lead 80s is very bodied and nicely smooth btw, altough I like each variation I could listen on any before clips test LOL....

Regards

Carlos

Scotty,
I liked those clips more than the clips with the Wizard on the previous thread especially the first 500 miles high clip, somehow has more sustain, more body and is less peaky if you know what I mean.

Vlad

P.S. I e-mailed you a link to something I recorded recently with the Suhr and the Fuchs. I'll call you prolly later today!
