Hi there,

I also have some of Scott's Blues record tunes in my head and some on paper. Dog Party, Meter Maid, Dolemite, Tore Down House, Hell Bent Pup, Same As You and Hole Diggin'. I've practised them mostly by ear but I do have Hole Diggin' on paper. Also horn scores for Dog Party and Dolemite. What would be the proper way to post these transcription.

Juho

P.s. No solos though, only heads and song structures.

So far they aren't on any format. That's why I'm requesting what format would work the best. What do you think?

You could just write them out by hand and scan them in with a scanner - file formats would be jpg or gig.

There is free tab software out there like this: http://www.power-tab.net/downloads.php

Then there are also very extensive coomercial software packages like Finale or Sibelius. These export to HTML and/or jpg or gif and/or midi too.

Hi,
I made a transription of the "Hole Diggin'"-Intro. Maybe I also transcribe the main theme. If you're still interested, post a reply.

Greetings,
Nigel

Hi, I would LOVE to see ANY of Scott's tunes with tab please. I met Scott once in Chicago. Fantastic guy, KILLER players!!! Scott was very approachable and spoke with those of us that stayed after the show. Scott is also very good at entertaining the crowd. He had us laughing our asses off...

So yeah, ANY tabs would be great. Please send them to:
countandduke@aol.com

Thanks so much!!!
Chris
